the right rear wheel on my 1987 cadillac deville starts to turn then locks up. pulled drum & everything looks ok. backing up it seems more free. drove around block wheel locked up & then seemed to free itself but now it is locking up again. car had set for about a year but i did move it in driveway several times . thanks
