I have custom 16x7 wheels fitted on a '97 Grand ...

I have custom 16x7 wheels fitted on a '97 Grand Am; tire size 205/55/16. Somebody wishes to purchse these wheels and fit them on a '97 Seville; tire size 225/60/16. I have bolt patterns of 5x100 and 5x115, will they fit the Seville?

No, the 97 Grand Am is 5x100 (5 lug, 100 mm diameter bolt circle). The Cadillac requires 5x115 bolt pattern.

The later model Grand Ams (99-2006) share the Cadillac bolt pattern, but your 97 does not.
