I have a 1990 cadillac coupe deville. I just brought it about 2 weeks ago. Now it wont start. All the lights come on in the car even the radio, and the horn works. Now, i had it towed to pep boys where i live at and they put it on a no start diagnostics machine. They told me i needed a new starter. They just put the starter in the car but it is doing the same thing. It won't start up. There is no click or nothing. What could be wrong.
