I have a 1994 Cadillac sedan Deville and it's starting to hesitate and misfire. Yesterday my "service engine soon" came on. I got an code that read p038. I changed the spark plug and wire 2 months ago. I keep my oil changed as need. WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM?
