In a way, you answered your own question. Everything was good until you got the oil change. Apparently, the service facility did something to create this issue. In the process of changing the oil the could have knocked a vacuum line off or a wire leading to a sensor. Basic rule of thumb, if it ran good going in and came out running bad the answer is simple, ask the shop what they did.
Think back if there was any other work done that could have lead up to this problem.
