On a 2002 Cadillac Deville, what fuse controls the speedometer function and the turn signals?

There are two fuses for the IPC which contains the speedometer.In the underhood fuse box there is a 10 amp IP fuse.In the rear fuse box there is a 10 amp IGN 1 fuse.The turn signals fuse is in the rear fuse box 15 amp TSIG/HAZ fuse.
