I have a 1989 Cadillac Coupe DeVille v8 and the electric gauges flicker on and off and when they come back on the service engine soon light shines bright but I have no problems with the vehicle at all. I have changed all of the fuses and it worked for a hot minute or two but the flickering still occurs. Im trying to smog this car and this problem is stopping me!?!? can anyone help??

Changing all of the fuses, new battery.
