I have a 95 cadillac sedan deville and a couple of weeks ago i would try to start it and all it did was click a little,then i try it again it starts. Now it won't start at all. i bought a new battery and it started right off but an hour later when i tried to go somewhere it was doing the same thing. could this be the starter gone bad?
