I have a1997 Cadillac Deville D''elligence, the information center tells us to service fuel system. We have change the fuel pump and now we dont have any power going to the fuel pump. Before this the system center read oil presure low. There is also no power going to the fuse box just on the fuel system.

changed fuel pump. No power to the fuel system.

By the way you've explained things I am, steering you in the direction of the oil pressure switch. Here is a pic and r&r instructions. If the ecm does not detect oil pressure it will not allow the engine to run. A failsafe incorporated in newer cars. Please read the following. Hope I've been helpful. Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy), here is a schematic of the fuel system. Tracing wires on the car is a little tuffer than on paper but I hope this helps you track down the cause of no power. MonsImages available only to Customers.
