how do I fix a stuck electric window

1990 buick lesabre,can't get interior door panel all the way off ...to get to window mechanism last obstacle seems to be leather door handle...but door appears to
provide limited access towindow as well,glass is intact ,sounds as though motor is working

did you get the door panel off? the leather handle should be part of the door panel. if not there should be two tabs at each end of the handle. you have to remove the tabs to get the handle off. what is wrong with the window
