I have a 92 Buick Lasabre my heater blower stays on ...

I have a 92 Buick Lasabre LTD my heater blower stays on high all the time. the console shows its off not so. With the car ignition off the blower stays on, I have to disconnect it from outside to stop.would this be the switch and if so where is it located

1992 Buick Lasabre V6 3800

Already Tried:
Disconneting the fuses and the only one that turns it off is the a/c fuse

There could be one of two things going on with your blower motor then. You have a blower motor control module that controls the different fan speeds. This could be failed or the control head itself is bad. Most likely, your problem is in the control head itself. This is a pretty common problem. You can remove the control head, and I can tell you how to test for electrical problems if you would like.
