I own a 1999 Buick Lasabre that I just had the head gaskets ...

I own a 1999 Buick Lasabre that I just had the head gaskets replaced but now when I drrive the engine sound like a aircraft engine taking off. It idles normal but on acceleration it gets loud. Everything under the hood appears fine. So any help you could offer would be great.

Does it make the noise when you are sitting still and accelerate the engine?
