What component is left to check that could be causing noise? It is

I have an '89 Buick LeSabre 3.8 L V-6 engine that has a rattling noise around engine compartment. Have eliminated power steering pump. compressor. water pump. alternator, timing belt. When run engine without serpentine belt, there in NO noise coming from engine. Only when have belt on, but have checked each of above parts separately and they check out. What could be causing the rattling metallic noise?

Already Tried:
have checked all components mentioned in question and they check out. engine itself does not make the noise. noise apparent only when pwer steering pump. alternator, water pump, timing belt, compressor are turning by the serpentine belt. but these components have checked out. what is left to check?
