I have a 1997 Buick Park Avenue Ultra and the climate control blows cold on the pasenger side but warm in the back and the drivers side. I've adjusted the controls but can only get the passenger side to blow cold. How to fix?

Optional Information:
1997 Buick Park Avenue Ult 3.8 S/C

Already Tried:
Trying different settings on the dash panel and the passenger control. It is like a duct door for the drivers side is stuck on vent.

Hi. You most likely have a bad controller. On the dual climate zones the controllers tend to go out. Before replacing it though you need to ensure that it is not what is called a delta t lock. turn both sides to hot and wait and see if they get warm. Then slowly turn both to full cold. If they still do not work then the controller is probably bad. The controller cost about 250 from a dealer and requires no special tools to change.
