I have a 1998 Buick Regal with the 3800 engine. When I turn on the left or right turn signal with the engine running it kills the engine and the entire electrical system. I first noticed the problem when the turn signal would turn my XM radio adaptor off. Now going down the road or sitting idiling the engine and headlights, EVERYTHING is shut off when I activate the turn signal.As soon as I release the turnsignal switch everything returns to normal... However, it is intermittant. Doesn't do it all of the time. I noticed also that if I actuate the turnsignal just a little the speedo goes wild and all of the initial key on lights on the dash illuminate. I am laid off and hope to be guided to fix the problem myself if the part can be indentified
