I have a 1995 buick regal. I accidentally ruined the rear brake callipers when I pressed them in putting on new pads. I put on new callipers when i tried to bleed the lines i can't get fluid to the calipers. the fluid is not going through the proportioning valve. I don't know what to do.

Already Tried:
opening bleeder and letting sit. removing solenoid on top of valve

On you proportioning valve there should be a small arm that connects to the suspension. Can you locate this arm?

yes i think so. I turned the arm to the position that looks like it used to be at going by the mark on the arm. But i still don't have any fluid at the caliper

Try pushing the arm up to the approximate position it would be in if the vehicle were on the ground and see if you get any fluid then.
