I'm having a problem removing the metal part on my rearview mirror to re-attached it to the windshield. 1999 Buick Century

You need a Sharp Thin Scraper and keep putting it under an edge with a slight Twisting motion. It is held on with a "Super Glue" type Glue. It will come off. Be very careful.
Once OFF, you nedd to clean bothe Surfaces with a Alchahol type cleaner. Mark New spot on Windshield before you apply Glue
