I have a 1997 Buick Park Avenue, recently my head lights, tail lights, and dash lights will not come on at night. The systems in my car are automatic to the changing light outside. I was told it was a fuse, but how do i find it?

Optional Information:

Already Tried:
having my mechanic find out what's wrong. trying to do it myself, having my father do it.

I DOUBT IT IS A FUSE AS THE HEADLAMPS ARE FUSED INDEPENDENTLY LEFT AND RIGHT.....I SERIOUSLY DOUBT IT BLEW TWO FUSES....YOUR CAR HAS A LAMP MODULE AND AN AMBIENT LIGHT SENSOR WHICH REACTS TO THE AMOUNT OF LIGHT THERE IS AND TURNS ON THE LIGHTS AS DARKNESS FALLS...THE PROBLEM IS MORE THAN LIKELY THERE...IF YOU HAVE A VOLTMETER AND THE ABILITY TO TRACE CIRCUITS I COULD TRY TO HELP YOU THROUGH THIS OTHERWISE IT NEEDS TO GO TO THE DEALER OR A QUALITY INDEPENDENT SHOP WHO HAS ACCESS TO BODY CONTROL AND TWIGHLIGHT SENTINEL LIGHT DIAGNOSTICS.....
