how do you fix a leaking fuel line on a buick skylark

There are three lines one of them is the fuel line. There is a leak from the fuel line and I dont know how to fix it. The joints are rusty and I dont want to pull the wrong line. Can I use a sleeve and possibly JB Weld just to get the vehicle home
