I own a 1991 Buick Park Avenue. The hood latch will not work? How can I open the hood
externally? Is there a trick to it? I have tried everything I can think of to access the latch.
Removed the grill, safety latch, etc??

Remove the grill, safety latch hardware. No access from under the car?
