I have a 90 buick custom and it won't start. the last time it ran my husband was driving and it just quick and the key igition would not turn. we got the igintion fix and the car still doesn't start. help please.

First let's eliminate whether it's a fuel related problem or spark related...but before that...does the engine even turn over?
