97 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L My engine has been almost over

97 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L My engine has been almost over heating, I changed the thermostat&water pump/ still doing same thing but only when I sit still, temp doesn't drop, both fans are running. Is it my radiator or head gasket going bad? no water in the oil!

you have a restricted radiator.these small radiators are always plugging up on us out here in phoenix.if 1 or 2 cores plug,cars overheat out here.put a new one in.just had a '99 buick in the shop with the same running gear in the shop last week.same exact problem.
