My blower is running continously on my 1993 Buick

My Heater/AC blower is running continously on my 1993 Buick Roadmaster even with the ignition off. I have pulled the AC blower control modue and I am trying to locate the blower motor relay which I suspect may be sending 12 volts continously to the control module. Can you help?.

The blower motor relay is located under the kick panel behind the glove box and its probably stuck
