Question

I have a 2000 Buick LeSabre with driver information center.

Sent to Car Experts July 06, 2006 3:21 p.m.

I have a 2000 Buick LeSabre with driver information center. The driver info center will not display, nor will the od/trip indicator. I feel sure that there is a common problem between the two. Everything else works. What could be the problem and the solution? I don't find a fuse listed for this, although there could be one.

Optional Information:
2000 Buick LeSabre 3800

Already Tried:
check for a fuse

I have a 2000 Buick LeSabre with a driver info center. The info center will not display, nor will the od/trip meter. What are the possible causes for this? I have checked for fuses but I don't find a fuse listed for it. I know that in some cases, when you have a problem with the instrument panel, that you have to pull the panel and send it in to a dealer and let them send it off to have it repaired. Is this the case? Is there a module or something like that that can be replaced. I am a mechanic, but this is the first time I have ever run into this problem. All I need is a simple answer as to where I should start. Thanks
