I have a 92' Buick Park Avenue and after the last few

I have a 92' Buick Park Avenue and after the last few rains it has been sputtering until it warms up. Today, along with it's moring sputter, it was hesitating slightly while climing a mountain pass after it had been driven for about an hour.

The water pump was replaced a week prior to this problem occuring and a pressure releasing gas cap has been used lately aswell.

Any suggestions?

Already Tried:
Nothing yet. But I purchased a fuel filter that I have yet to install. I planned to check the spark plugs.

The plugs are about 3 years old. The wires, I believe, are the originals.
