I own a 1993 buick century with the 3.3 liter automatic engine. Recently, a rattle sound began near the engine pullies. It sounded like the tension pully at first however upon changing it the noise remained. During a closer inspection with the belts off, I noticed that the crank pully, or harmonic balancer, was loose around the rubber. I would like to change this myself however I'm wondering if any special tools are required , i.e., a special pulling tool, etc., for the year/model automobile that I have? Your reply will be greatly appreciated.
