the front end of my 2005 Buick keeps bottoming out

the front end of my 2005 Buick keeps bottoming out on shallow culverts. the dealer is trying t saY THIS IS NORMAL. WHAT DO i DO?

tried to convince the service writer that this is not normal or acceptable.

my 2005 Buick Century consistently bottoms out on drainage culverts in our street. we are not going fast and it does not happen on speed bumps.
The dealer insists that everything is normal
(height from ground, spring strength, etc.) and
that this is just something that I will have to live with. It is very annoying and makes a terrible scraping noise on the lowest part of the
front bumper when ut hits. Surely this is not
normal or acceptable for a one year old car. What do I do?
