I have a 1992 buick lasabre. When I turn the headlights off the parking lights stay on. But after about 20 minutes if I quickly turn the head light on then off the parking lights
go off as well. How do I get the parking lights to go off when I turn the head lights off?
There is nothing in the owners manual to tell me. Is this an electrical issue?

Yes, you are correct this would be an electrical issue. Your problem would either be in the headlight switch, or the relay. If you can only get them to turn off after 20 minutes, I would steer towards the relay being the problem.
