what year is your century?
when you try to put down the windows to you hear anything?
how long have you had the problem?
did both windows stop working at the same time or each at a different time?

It is a 1992 Buick, I received the car from my grandmother, but as far as I know, the front 2 windows went dead at the same time. They make no noise or anything when I hit the button to roll them down. Again, the rear windows roll down via electronically fine. Thanks!

ok it sounds like what you have going on it that the motors in the windows need to be replaced.. in the older centuries they seem to go pad in 10-12 years.. i just replaced the ones on the 87 and the 92 in the last 2 years ,the back window motors tend to last longer because they are used less frequently tha the front ones .
they are easy enough to do yourself or have someone do them for you.. but that should clear up your problem.
and you can get the window motors at a salvage yard fairly cheap.
