Greetings!
I would check the fuel pressure regulator. It is round, about a quater size and has a vaccum line going to it. If the regulator is leaking gas than it can cause this problem. Pull off the vaccum line that goes to the regulator. Be absolutly sure there is no gas in the vaccum line. If there is, the diaphram has ruptered and there is gas entering the engine that is not accounted for and the regulator will need to be replaced!

The Regulator will not cause the gauges to malfunction, I assume it is something in the computer system. Fuel pressure is normal, when the headlights/turn signals are used it must be creating an interruption in some type of circuit??

U could have a bad ignition switch. It causes the car to crank over but not start. This is common!

The engine wont even crank, this is something in the dash/ instrument panel area, once in a while when it does start, it will have no response to the throttle, or if i turn the headlights on it will die again, it is also not a voltage problem.
