I own a 1994 Buick Century 3.1L 6 cyl. My front left ...

I own a 1994 Buick Century 3.1L 6 cyl. My front left brake pad wore to metal and scrape up the rotor(only on the outside pad-inside pad & rotor were normal-right rotor(front) and pad were ok. Do you know the problem and what is necessary to fix it(how & how much?parts?labor?)
