1993 Buick La Sabre - Where is the turn signal flasher located?

All of the turn signals just stopped flashing.

One thing that was noticed for the last few days was the flashed could be heard above the radio foe a few days. This was a change. Normally I coould not hear the clicking/dinging of the flasher when signaling with radio on.
I suspect the flasher unit went bad.
Hazard flasher do still work.
