I have an 89 Buick Park Avenue; just a few days ago I started having problems with the Climate Control. I turn on the Heat and it will not operate. Then suddenly, the heater kicks on but it sounds as if the blower is struggling. Then it mysteriously turns offs. When it is on it works fine other than the struggling like it is going to go out. I also noticed that when the fan is on high, there is a strange noise coming from the engine. It sounds as if something is loose. The noise is located toward the top of the engine. I have not been able to isolate it. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!!
