I HAVE A 1995 BUICK PARK AVENUE !!!
THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT WENT ON !!! HOW DO I CHECK AND FIX THIS PROBLEM ???
THE TRACTION CONTROL READS OFF !!!
ON /OFF SWITCH WORKS WHEN STARTING CAR
LIGHT GOES ON WHEN I START DRIVING !!!!

you have a open short , in a wheel speed sensor, those cars are also known for speed sensor harness prombles you;ll have to get it scanned for history codes in abs to find out witch wheel has promble !
