I HAVE A 1997 BUICK PARK AVE ...3800 SUPERCHARGED ENG   BOTH BELTS CAME OFF..I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY HOURS IT CALLS FOR TO CHANGE THE BELTS   AND DOES THE MOTOR MOUNT HAVE TO BE TAKEN OFF....AND WHERE CAN I GET A BELT DIAGRAM SHOWING TO PROPER INSTALLATION...THANK YOU

Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy) and welcome to Just answer.com, Super mechanic here. I recall those belts giving 1.4 hours for both. Yes, the mount has to come off. There is a way of sneaking the belt around the motor mount if you just take out the long spacer at the bottom. The one that has a inverted torx head on it. Jack the engine up and you can work the belt around the mount itself. I was not able to copy the belt diagram but here is a link to it. Let me know if it times out on you and I will send it again, thanks
