wheel problems

I have a 1988 mercury tracer hatchback,no motor problem.But wheel problems,I have spent money to repair both back wheels,now it seems I'am having the same thing again.So either it was'nt fix right the 1st. time.I'M on a fix income,please help me to find the right auto repair man,PLEASE
