i have a car that a mechanic fix one thing and was paid but found another problem and we could not take the car home because it would not stay started. now after a few weeks I am unable to get it fix now and trying to get the car home. he is saying he is going to sell the car now, he has been paid for the first thing already and was never ask to start the other problem. can he sell the car?
