I have a 1995 Jimmy vortex 4.3 w series. It will not start ...

I have a 1995 Jimmy vortex 4.3 w series. It will not start cold and sometimes when it is hot. I have replaced crank sensor , heat sensor coil ,throttle position sensor,fuel pump realay and battery. The heater/ac fan also comes on and goes off at will. Fuel presure is ok. My mechanic is stumped. Any suggestions?

when you say fuel pressure is ok did he tell you what the pressure actually was?

I did not check it the mechanic told me it was what it should be.

did he check bleed down rate on the fuel system.we've had a ton of problems with the fuel injection system on these.the pressure regulators leak fuel into the intake manifolds.they have also had problems with crossfiring internally in the distributor caps and bad ignition rotors shorting down through the distributor shafts.
