Customer (name blocked for privacy): This is a problem a mechanic has to hear to offer diagnosic. Gather as many clues as you can. Intermediet problems are the hardest. Your tech. or mechanic will need as much info. you can offer, no matter how triviel it my seem. Unless the problem gets worse, it will be hard to pinpoint on your own.
