Question

check engine light on

Sent to Car Experts March 15, 2006 10:41 p.m.

I have 1996 Ford T-bird 3.8 ltr. that has 160k miles that reads code right bank rich, left bank rich. I have just replaced fuel-injectors, fuel pressure reg. 2 o2 sensors and had the other 2 o2 sensors checked and cleaned . These were repaced at 120k miles. There is no restriction in the intake system. Could there be a problem with the massairflow sensor? My mechanic and I are at a loss to solve this problem. A bad head gasket maybe. It's not loosing coolant. The cat. was clogged and had to be replaced last spring. They did not replace all cats. at that time. It has 3 and the 3'rd one was replaced. Do you have any ideas?
