I have a 1994 Chevy Blazer. I have a ringing sound at the front wheels, when I step on the breaks the noise stops but the moment I step into the accelarator I can hear it again and its becoming very noticeable and loud now. Also, I have coolant leak and the leak is so strong I had to pour in coolant almost everytime, before I take it to a mechanic. Can I use regular tap water just to take it to a mechanic? I wanted to have an idea what is wrong beacuse I am new in my area and I don't know any good mechanic yet.
