I have a 1993 Ford Tempo that stalls out occasionally. My mechanic has temporarily fixed the problem by using a wrench on something under the front passenger fender to dummy start the car. I need to fix this problem myself today. What was my mechanic using a wrench on? What does it look like?

The car won't start when it's been parked for a short while. The usual lights come on when I try to start it, but it only clicks with no turnover. This has happened only when it's been parked. My mechanic used a wrench under the front passenger fender and had turn on the A/C. A short while later it started like normal.

Reply to Hammer Time's Post: The car won't start only when it's parked for a short while. This happened a month ago and when I had it towed to my mechanic's station, he got it to start up right away. The tow truck driver used a rachet on something under the front passenger fender, which I believe helped start the car. It was normal until today.
