I have a 1993 Ford Tempo that stalls out occasionally. My mechanic has temporarily fixed the problem by using a wrench on something under the front passenger fender to dummy start the car. I need to fix this problem myself today. What was my mechanic using a wrench on? What does it look like?
You need to clear up a little just what is happening to the car.
Does it just stall out and easily restart?
Does this happen when coming to a stop?
