2002 Acura RSX door locks

My remote door lock for my acura does not work properly. If I press the lock button on the key remote, my trunk will loclk automatically, but not either of my doors. It used to work and then just stopped. How do I fix this?

Already Tried:
Looked online to find out how to reprogram the remote. Worked so far as making it work for locking and unlocking the trunk.

Does the door lock button on the door panel still operate the locks?
Have you replaced the battery in the remote?

Reply to Ethan Andrews's Post: I have replaced the battery in the remote - first thing I tried. Followed it with the recommended process for reprogramming the remotes. It worked for locking the trunk automatically but not the doors. The door lock button on each door will indivdually lock each door, but the drivers side door button does not automatically lock both doors.
