i have a 2002 acura 3.5 rl. i lost tail lights. i can not find the tail light fuse or relay on any of my wiring diagrams. can you tell me where it is?

Already Tried:
I USED A TESTER AND FOUND A GROUND BACK BY ONE LIGHT AND CHECKED FOR VOLTAGE. HAD NONE. USED TESTER TO CHECK ALL FUSES IN BOTH BOXES, NO FUSES BROKEN, CHECKED BULBS WITH VOLT MEETER, BULBS HAVE CONTINUITY.
