My Acura TL started smoking after i inadvertently redlined.

My Acura TL started smoking after i inadvertently redlined. Afterwards, the clutch feels weird (like there is no engage point) and the stick will not go into gear. Help!

NOTHING. TRNING ON AND OFF. THATS IT.

Will the transmission go into gear with the car off and the clutch pedal depressed?

Reply to ttiger79's Post: it will go into gear when off, whether or not the clutch is in. The clutch feels heavy and i feel no engage point like before
