the last few days my 1990 acura integra has taken 4 turns to finally get started. I live in NS Canada and we are in the colds of winter. Once the cars engine has warmed up, it is no problem to start. Yesterday I took it to the shop and had valve cover gasket, grommets, and new plugs replaced. Still this morning it took 4 turns to start. It sounded like it was going to run but stall out. What is my next step to fix the problem?
Optional Information: 1990 Acura integra twin over head
Already Tried: new valve cover gasket and grommets with new plugs
