I have a 1994 Acura Integra manual transmission, it will not crank. I have power, checked the fuses & they are fine. A mechanic told me to catch it in gear, if it starts then the starter is bad. I replaced the starter, but it still wont crank. Any suggestions?

Start by checking fuse #18 under the dash it is a 7.5 amp fuse. will post more info in a few minutes.

Reply to Marc's Post: I Already checked the fuses as I said in my question, I also do not know why my light probe says there is power going to the new starter but it is not cranking
