I cannot get the power locks, windows, sunroof or heat to work in my 97 Acura Integra LS. I''ve I''ve checked the fuses and they are fine. Can you help?

HI THE heater fan switch, the sunroof, and windows share the same ground #401 LOCATEDleftside kick panel up under dash just above panel, may have been disturbed from a previous operation of repair its a sqare white block with several black wires together which go to these devices,they are fused separatley, but yhe common thread is the ground
